Due to the COVID-19 Pandemic, City of Chicago Garage/Yard Sales permits are being issued with new guidelines.

To apply for a garage/yard sale permit, please download the new Garage/Yard Sale Permit Application and Guideline Sheet.

Please fill out the application and return to the Ward Office or scan and e-mail to Ward15@cityofchicago.org with a copy of your State ID, Driver's License, Matricula Consular, or other photo ID with address. You permit will be issued (pending submission of the required items) in 24-48 hours.

Please note that each household is only allowed TWO (2) Garage/Yard Sale Permits a year.
